Jonathan Camacho is a music producer, composer, and songwriter with more than 20 years of experience creating records across pop, indie, Latin, R&B, electronic, hip-hop, country, film music, and international collaborations. His work has been featured on Netflix, Paramount, FX, MTV, and ESPN's Emmy Award-winning 30 for 30 series, recognized by Billboard, charted on international radio, and reached millions of listeners worldwide through independent artists, with multiple releases featured on official Spotify Editorial Playlists.

Known for his versatility and collaborative approach, Jonathan enjoys working closely with artists to uncover what makes them sonically unique. Whether developing an emerging artist's first release or producing an established songwriter, he is drawn to projects that challenge expectations and leave room to create something distinctive. His goal is never to fit an artist into a formula, but to help shape a sound that feels authentic to who they are.

As Co-Founder and Head of Music Production at The Creatives Factory, Jonathan leads music production and publishing while collaborating with artists at every stage of their careers. His work ranges from developing emerging talent to producing commercial releases, composing for film and television, and creating music for sync. Regardless of the project, his process is always focused on understanding what makes an artist unique, building a sonic identity that feels unmistakably their own, and creating songs that stand the test of time.

A Recording Academy (GRAMMYs) Member and graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Composition, Jonathan combines formal musical training with more than two decades of professional production experience. Before co-founding The Creatives Factory, he spent ten years producing and teaching at Septien Entertainment Group under legendary vocal coach Linda Septien, where he helped develop hundreds of artists while teaching songwriting, piano, vocals, and guitar. During that time, he also collaborated with projects including Kidz Bop, gaining invaluable experience in artist development and the record-making process.

Throughout his career, Jonathan has collaborated alongside respected producers, engineers, and creatives including Warren Huart (Aerosmith, The Fray, James Blunt, Augustana), Adam Ayan (Paul McCartney, Shakira, Lana Del Rey, Queen), John Greenham (Billie Eilish, FINNEAS), and Nick Seeley (David Guetta, Kanye West, Pitbull, Cardi B), experiences that have continued to shape both his creative approach and technical craft.

As a composer, Jonathan wrote the complete original score for What Carter Lost, part of ESPN's Emmy Award-winning 30 for 30 documentary series. He also composed the score for Destination: Team USA, a documentary commissioned by Tribeca Film and United Airlines for the 2016 Summer Olympics. His music has appeared across television, film, and commercial campaigns for networks including NBC Sports, MTV, ABC, TNT, and FX, with placements in productions such as Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Dancing with the Stars, Justified, and Bloodline.

Born in Pereira, Colombia, and raised in Dallas, Texas, Jonathan is bilingual in English and Spanish and collaborates comfortably across cultures and musical styles. A multi-instrumentalist with experience spanning piano, trumpet, guitar, bass, percussion, drums, and electronic production, he brings a broad musical perspective into every session while keeping the artist's voice at the center of the creative process.

Beyond the studio, Jonathan serves on the Committee for the Dallas Music Office under Visit Dallas and has spoken at industry conferences and educational events on music production, songwriting, music publishing, and music for film and television.

Whether producing a record, writing a song, or composing for film, Jonathan is driven by the same pursuit that has shaped his career from the beginning: to put something into the world of music that didn't exist before.
