Co-Founder | President, Artist Developer & Music Producer
Christian Chavarria is a music executive, producer, artist development strategist, vocal coach, songwriter, and entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience developing artists and creative brands.
Growing up in a Latin community, Christian's musical foundation was shaped by Latin music before expanding into jazz and classical performance. He studied Jazz at the University of Texas at Arlington, where he was recognized as one of the university's top jazz vocalists and earned the All-Star Top Vocalist honor at the North Texas Jazz Festival in 2005.
Throughout his career, Christian has developed artists at every stage, combining vocal coaching, performance, songwriting, music production, branding, and business strategy into a comprehensive artist development system. His students have gone on to perform on Broadway, sign major recording and publishing deals, appear on national television, and tour internationally. Among them is Lara Raj, whose first vocal coach was Christian before she became a member of the global girl group KATSEYE.
From 2009 to 2013, Christian served as Director of the Master Artist Program at The Septien Entertainment Group, one of the nation's premier artist development companies. There, he oversaw the development of emerging artists while directing branding, recording projects, live performances, release strategies, marketing campaigns, and career planning. Septien is recognized for developing artists including Jessica Simpson, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, and many others. Christian also served as Music Producer for the launch of the first KIDZ BOP Live Tour, collaborating with the New York production team, choreographers, and performers to create the show's musical experience. Today, Christian is President and Co-Founder of The Creatives Factory, a creative company specializing in music production, artist development, publishing, branding, booking, and entertainment consulting. Under his leadership, the company has helped independent artists, brands, and organizations build sustainable careers while producing music and creative content for audiences worldwide.
As a songwriter and producer, Christian's music catalog continues to generate performance royalties from commercial radio, television, streaming platforms, film, and international broadcasts, with placements across major platforms including Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Peacock, Amazon, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, and numerous international territories. His catalog continues to earn domestic and international performance royalties.
Beyond artist development, Christian serves as Executive Director of Music for the Downtown Dallas Music & Arts Festival, leading music programming, talent acquisition, stage production, and strategic partnerships. He serves on the Dallas Music Office Committee, contributing to initiatives that support the city's music ecosystem, including the City of Dallas Busking Program and the Regional Grammy New Member Celebration. He also collaborates with the Dallas Creative Engine powered by Dallas College and is a Voting Member of the Recording Academy.
A sought-after speaker and educator, Christian has been invited to speak on artist development, music business, entrepreneurship, and the evolving music industry at the University of North Texas (UNT), Southern Methodist University (SMU), The Deep Ellum Foundation, and educational events hosted by the City of Dallas.
